House vs Ichigo: Disbelief

Well here it is folks, mine and AK's pet project, "House vs. Ichigo!" (cue trumpet fanfare)
We actually came up with this after we saw the episode "97 Seconds" from Season 4 of "House." (The one where House stuck the knife in the electrical socket.) We thought it would be interesting to see what kinds of situations these two characters would get into and what kinds of arguments they'd have.
So yes, that is Don Kanoji in panel 8, and that's Amber standing next to him. (She's a ghost if you can't tell.) I tried to make her look lighter and more, well, ghost-like cuz I didn't like the 80% and 90% transparency tools on paint.NET. I do love those squiggly little ghost things next to her that you always see in animes and mangas involving ghosts, those are just cool.
Should I try something other than a white background? I mean it looks OK I just don't draw them b/c I'm lazy.
So far the two of us have a few ideas to work on for this little series, but if you have any suggestions please let me know because I am open to them.
